Magnolia

Situated in the heart of East Quarter, the Magnolia Petroleum Building is home to Nick Badovinus’ new flagship restaurant and rooftop bar – National Anthem. Badovinus is well known for his restaurants, including Neighborhood Services, Town Hearth, Off-Site Kitchen, Montlake Cut and Perfect Union Pizza Co. The building was originally constructed in the 1920s by the Magnolia Petroleum Company as a service station for the neighboring automobile dealerships and showrooms. From 1964 to 1980, The Magnolia Petroleum building was home to KLIF Radio, which was one of the all-time market leaders in the Dallas radio scene.
