Woodruff

Constructed in 1915 for the United States Tire Company as a complement to the automobile industry present in the area, the building once also housed a popular Oldsmobile dealership. Woodruff has since been redeveloped as a Class A office building. The rear fourth of the building has been excavated, creating an immersive greenspace for the tenants, which in turn floods the interior office space with natural light and creates a remarkable exterior courtyard shaded with Japanese maple trees, exposed brick, and steel beams.
